A blend of two great Paso Robles vineyards provides the quality fruit for this bold Cabernet. After a 3-day cold soak, the wine was pumped over 3 times a day throughout fermentation. An exceptional example of the power and structure of Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine exhibits a rich taste and flavor with bright notes of black currant and welcoming fruit notes to round out the palate.

Tasting Notes

This wine features essences of black currant and cherry, nutmeg, and cedar with the first sip. Rhubarb, raw almond, and cherry pepper show up on the tongue, followed by cardamom and a dark chocolate finish from aging in French and American oak.

This fame-worthy Cabernet Sauvignon was hand-harvested from premium vineyards in the renowned Paso Robles appellation. These grapes were fermented on their skins for 14 days and pumped over 2-3 times a day before being transferred to barrel. Aged for 18 months with a combination of European and American Oak.

Tasting Notes

This rich and complex Cabernet Sauvignon kicks off with ripe black cherry and cinnamon stick aromas, leading to a palate of plum preserves, dark chocolate and spicy toasted oak.
